Google Data Mining Service Integration and Separation

I separate many of my Google services using unique accounts. The account in question that I feel violated my browsing privacy uses Google Voice, Google Reader, and GMAIL. GMAIL is used once every few months. Other services such as Adsense, Adwords, and Google Analytics are separate from the example of my Google Privacy discretion related to my Internet browsing habits and my Blog, Myside's Spew in which I often go by the name Myside. You should also note that this user name crosses over to a select couple services from unrelated Google content systems.

The following is the quoted Google Voice voice-mail message transcript along with an audio recording of the actual call.

"Hi. This is Myside gimme a call. Bye."

Google Voice Call Me Button in Internet Explorer is Broken

It appears IE 7 and 8 are implicitly blocking Google Voice's embedded "call me button". For you IE users, this site has been non functioning while us Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or other Gecko like web users had no difficulty.

It looks as though IE is blocking cookies from Google Voice. It would not allow me to forcibly change this policy. I verified this with a 3rd party. I decided to remove this Flash application. I did ponder on the thought of restricting all IE users, though came to the conclusion that this would get me no where.

How long has this been going on? Any followers have a clue? I have not used IE for many months. The embedded object was working fine in IE the last time I checked however. Had this happened in a recent Windows update?

Microsoft is asking for trouble with this one. This is still a little fuzzy. If anyone has any pertaining information to that embedded Flash and the cookie URL location block, hit the comments.

Homosexuality Bill Kills in Uganda

A massive attempt of persuasion by large evangelical Christian groups in Uganda are moving the country to the current majority opinion that homosexuality is a crime and should be punishable by death, as reported by ABC News (World News).

For a better understanding of these extremist agendas and its tactics, I recommend two documentaries:

Although the editorial is somewhat biased to evangelical Christian beliefs, they do not attempt to contradict their beliefs, so therefore I believe this film may be a good starting point to understanding group war tactics and their intents. [IMDB]

Jesus Camp:

The movie is filmed during a right-wing bible camp with scenes from a few Mike Papantonio talk shows pursuing the needed discussion of where this type of religious abuse to these children, and the belief of all those involved, will lead all of us as Americans to be divided by the "I am right no matter what - Jesus is the lord. period." type of mentality now and in the future. Jesus Camp follows several young children as they prepare to attend a summer camp where the kids will get their daily dose of evangelical Christianity. Becky Fischer works at the camp, which is named Kids on Fire. Through interviews with Fischer, the children, and others, Jesus Camp illustrates the unswerving belief of the faithful. A housewife and homeschooling mother tells her son that creationism has all the answers. Footage from inside the camp shows young children weeping and wailing as they promise to stop their sinning. Child after child is driven to tears. Juxtapose these scenes with clips from a more moderate Christian radio host (who is appalled by such tactics), and Jesus Camp seems to pose a clear question: are these children being brainwashed?
